F. Góczán Szilvia

I am a qualified photographer and a mother. These are the two most important things you need to know about me. :)

I was born and lived in Budapest for a long time, then I spent a few years abroad until a couple of years ago I ended up in Szentgotthárd, Vas county. I live here with my husband, my little son, and Szera and Ame, our cats.
I talk a lot, sometimes I’m scattered, I don’t like to comb ... but I don’t cook badly.

The past:
I studied applied photography at the School of Fine and Applied Arts in Budapest, and then in 2008 I was admitted to the FFS (Youth Photography Studio), which is a department of the Association of Hungarian Photographers (MFSZ).
After many solo and group exhibitions, I want to decorate your walls with my pictures because I feel it makes more sense. :)

My goal is to have a photographer available here who conveys real emotions. If you want to break away from routinish, awkward, "just-say-cheese" photography, you’re in the right place.

I have been photographing for almost 20 years and I find it very important to keep up with the current trends, to keep training myself in order to be able to deliver as professional material as possible.
I mentor photographers, I give individual lessons on four topics: newborn, expectant mother, family and boudoir.

I believe that this profession can only be done with soul, humility, and lots and lots of love: I feel amazingly lucky to be able to do what I love most - maybe that’s what my pictures show.
